I'm looking for a title company for title & escrow services in the southeast, primarily for my borrowers in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas.

Georgia, unlike NC and FL is a non-judicial foreclosure state. So, we don't use title companies here. But there are title companies located in GA along the border towns that are near FL and NC.

Is one of the few title companies in GA. They are near Murphy, NC so they work GA and NC.

I'd suggest searching google for a title company in Florida.
