Hi all, I am looking for a rate/term product up to 90% CLTV.

Does anyone know of a lender writing 2nd liens up to 90% so

that we can avoid pmi? Any and all help would be greatly

no one comes to mind here.  That is a bit of a challenge.  I can only imagine if anyone could do it then possibly US Bank.

Recall in regards to the CLTV as I made a typographical error. The

CLTV should be 89.99%. Additionally, US Bank will not allow it as my

borrower has 6 properties financed. Thanks for your assistance and

any further assistance would be appreciated!

Have you tried any local Credit Unions?  Some of them portfolio their loans.  MI will only cover up to 90.00%.

I do have a first -- second combo that will go to 90 CLTV

second is a HELoan and fixed rate for either a 10 yr or 15 yr term with no closing costs
