Sup Matt, I am here, but due to lack of threads and slacking myself I have been only lighly posting. As for Paul, not sure...he said he loved the blog and the active trade meetings, but he also does a ton of loans per month and is quite busy with his role at our company, so probably just bogged down.

you forgot about:::::  What do you mean I can't get approved I have bought my last 5 houses Stated Income/ Stated Assets and my credit score has never been over 650.

Or:::::: Come on there has to be a bank out there that will loan me money I have to buy another home, my current home has lost $150,000 in value and this home I want is bigger for a lot less money.  Why do I have to qualify with both house payments.  I know I can't afford both payments now but when I get the new home I plan on just giving my current home back to the bank so I will not have 2 payments.
