Let me know how that sorts out....I am getting ready to list my house in the next month and it could come in handy. We have been staying fairly busy in Ohio. I just came (back) to PNC last fall and we had to work through some u/w challenges in Pitt. That seems to have sorted itself out and things have been pretty steady at a couple million a month since December when I started funding things. I saw you near the top of the P-Club list for last year...very nice work. With a bit of luck maybe I will join you next time around. I think we only had 4 from our region last year though....good luck with your sale.
