With the federal government buying bonds will mortgage rates go lower? Wondering if I should consider refi now or wait?

Ray, that is the million dollar question. My suggest in lieu of the crazy swings we're seeing it get it quoted and if it makes sense then LOCK right away and don't look back. A good deal is still a good deal even if a better one comes later. But a good deal is a steal when the price doubles the next day.
