    Lender List / Reviews

    Suggestion:

I would like to see a sticky type permanent post/forum where members vote, rate, and comment on their experience with lenders.

The reason for this is I really only have experiences with my select lenders.  I would be willing to share my opinions of their strengths and weaknesses, and I would like to see a list of everyones favorite lenders and why they use them.  They may be the same lenders I use, but they may be completely different.

I also have noticed that my lenders vary GREATLY in both their pricing and their underwriting systems.  AmTrust is an entirely different world than MetLife / First Horizon.

Say you set up a list of the top 25 lenders.  Every member could come in and rate ther top five or top ten on that list, so there would be a perpetual and ongoing ranking of the most popular lenders based on a few different categories like service, products, pricing, etc

Then clicking on each lender profile would have comments and reviews of their systems, underwriting, products, etc.  Kind of like the reviews at amazon website for their products.  We could comment on what is good, what needs work, etc.

What do your guys think, or does this already exist and I simply have not seen it yet.

By the way Matt, I thoroughly enjoy your daily blog, and I have become much more educated on the true influences of rates.  Thanks for your effort.
