Subdivision of RE in Massachusetts
I would like to subdivide my property in Massachusetts.
I have a Builder who is interested in taking two lots. I have a house on the 3rd lot I have for sale. In order to proceed what should I get in writing from the builder other than a do not clear cut and agree on the tree buffer from the existing home. Would I get a P&S for the land first?
I would like to prevent the subdivision from going badly and not being able to sell the existing home.
