    Release From Mortgage Loan or Deficiency Judgement
    Is the following language sufficient to release me from the mortgage loan or deficiency judgement from the property with this Bank of America Short Sale Approval Letter: "Upon receipt of the above stated items, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP will issue a release of lien on its mortgage loan."

    No, this language will not waive the lender's right to pursue a deficiency.
