I believe some agents are doing just fine in this market...I work with one that had 8 closings last month and another that had 7.  There is a lot of good deals out there right now and people are jumping on them.

Yeah I also work with some agests that are having banner years.

Much like the mortgage industry I think the problem isn't a lack of new buyers, it's a lack of new buyer's ability to obtain financing. If you can solve that problem for some realtor partners, both parties are set to have a good run right now.
