The biggest banks have way too many personal bankers selling 1st lien portfolio loans. In large these employees do not have much experience in mortgage and offer these loans, along with the traditional assortment of checking, savings, and other traditional bank products. These folks would likely have challenges passing licensing tests in high percentages. I would like to see the banks turn all housing finance products over to LO&#39;s and require the same testing requirements as non-banks....but I just don&#39;t see it happening soon.<div style="clear:both;"></div><img src="http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=289383" width="1" height="1">
