That&amp;#39;s super.  I invest in real estate in Texas and it makes it way easier to get owner-occupants qualified.

But I&amp;#39;ll say this.  I don&amp;#39;t even like the ARM loans anyway.  I think that they are just a trap for prospective home buyers.  But then again they know what they are going into before they do it.
