At one time people would select a location where it wasn&amp;#39;t dangerous to live.   Now the developers can&amp;#39;t get close enough to the ocean/gulf  to build houses, hotels, and other tourist attractions.  But these people expect the entire US population to paid for their risks.  The whole ideal is imprudent and full of greed.
