Mr. Greenspans comments here is simple,  the gse&amp;#39;s are not equipted to liquify the entire mortgage lending system,  and as a gse,  with profits going to the private sector, and losses absorbed to the government, it is in fact, an accident waiting to happen.    where in a transition period,  and the gse&amp;#39;s are an excellent remedy as a tempory measure pending complete overhaul.  &lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=14179" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
