Allstate posted biggest eanings last quarter 2006. Fla properties getting hit harder by big insurance gougers. Just like the fuel prices. Exxon $10B last qrtr 06 Profit!! Yes, I said profit. Thats the publizied number. Im sure the real number double that. A market in which a townhouse is $450k cannot sustain itself.  In Montgomery County townhouses are as high as $800k.  I&amp;#39;m just waiting for the crash so  I can start a family in a decent size home.
