Is there any reason why not? Greed certainly has found a way around all the other regulations built to give consumers a fair loan? I&amp;#39;d also watch for the Wall St firms to get interested and try to do a make over on it. If this takes off and the &amp;quot;big firms&amp;quot; can&amp;#39;t control it you can expect to see them push for tighter controls from the state or federal level to be enforced.
