The buyer had a weak pre-qualification letter and a low offer. I sent him to 3 lenders who told me he could not buy for 6 months. Ten months later he is filing a complaint with HUD. I have to pay my deductable of 1,000 dollars from our deductable and I did nothing wrong. I feel hurt and abused. When did corporations get theirs?

RE:HUD Report Cites Record High Rates Of Discrimination Complaints

In terms of complaints because they can't get a loan, top mortgage professionals know the value of credit counseling which is building tomorrows database and referral source. At the very least when the challenge is explained intelligently there is no misunderstanding as to why they were temporarily turned down. Then again, I'm from California and have an entrepreneurial mind set.

RE:HUD Report Cites Record High Rates Of Discrimination Complaints

I am a loan officer in the state of Ohio.
