Statistics don&amp;#39;t lie. Sooner or later the government statistics would disprove them. Just real world economics at work. The appreciation on my property has certainly not disappeared in a year. Sure I&amp;#39;ve lost about 5% from last year&amp;#39;s values, but heck, some of my property values have tripled in the last 10 years!  Sounds to me like &amp;quot;yougottobekiddingme&amp;quot; may have made a bad investment and is a sore looser.
