I can almost see it now :)  She&amp;#39;e been with me since the beginning of my mortgage career and has seen the highs and lows so I know that she&amp;#39;s a keeper.  This whole economic madness has really put life in perspective and you need to enjoy life while you can and not get bogged down in the details. Rates go up and rates go down... the sun rises every day no matter what the economy does.  Well, not so sure about the sun these days on the NorthEast.
