As a loan officer I think that it is imperative that I become an expert at what I do and that means understanding the intricacies of MBS and how it works. I&amp;#39;m not sure that will really make me a better salesman or not but I am sure it can&amp;#39;t hurt. Unfortunately my major was psychology with a minor in theology and unless one goes for a Phd both of these subjects are of little or no use.
