Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, helpful, and each performed their particular task exactly as promised. The process was quick, painless and without any problems or issues whatsoever. What they need to do in their advertising is stress how easy it is to deal with an out-of-state company. At first, I had reservations as mortgage financing is time consuming and can be complicated, but the process was truly a breeze. I cannot think of one issue this company should address. I highly recommend Reverse Mortgage lenders Direct to anyone considering a reverse mortgage.
