Changes to Subscriber Agreement

We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by notifying you of the change in writing or electronically (including without limitation, by email or by posting a notice on the Service that the terms have been "updated"). The changes also will appear in this document, which you can access at any time by going to the Help section of a Service. You signify that you agree to be bound by such changes by using a Service after changes are made to this Agreement.

Free Trial Subscription Period and Obligations

Free trial subscribers will have full access to this site for their specified trial period, at no charge. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial and avoid all charges. Otherwise, if you entered credit card information, your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial to cover the subscription chosen.

Mortgage News Daily reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time during your free trial period.

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account for the service at the rates in effect when the subscription was created. Your subscription may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be separately disclosed in premium areas. We will bill all charges automatically to your credit card. Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal date. Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. If you want to use a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, please update your card in your account settings.

Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically, unless we terminate it or you notify us by cancelling your account in your 'My Account' area of this website. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 30 days prior to the date your subscription renews, except as otherwise required by law. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card.

Refunds

Because Mortgage News Daily is a non-tangible, digital service and is delivered instantly upon payment, it cannot be “returned” for a refund. Additionally, we do not impose contract periods, so if you if you no longer in need of your subscription, you may simply cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. Sales are final and subscription fees will not be pro-rated.

Please be sure that you completely understand the product that is being offered before subscribing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the components of the service can be displayed adequately on your hardware. We provide, for free, and recommend anyone with doubts as to the appropriateness of the service for their needs take advantage of a free trial period.

Termination

This Agreement shall be effective from the date it is accepted by Mortgage News Daily and shall remain in effect for the subscription period selected, one month/year after the date that the Services are first provided (the "Initial Term"). The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive subscription period unless User or Mortgage News Daily elects to cancel by providing written notice to the other not less than 15 days before the end of a given term. Mortgage News Daily shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to User in the event of a breach by User of the terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Client shall within a reasonable period of time, but no more than thirty (30) days after termination, (i) pay Mortgage News Daily for all outstanding Fees owing for the Service herein; (ii) cease using the Service in whole or in part; and (iii) certify to Mortgage News Daily in writing that Client has complied with the foregoing. The Client shall not retain the Service or any component thereof. No termination of this Agreement for any reason, unless otherwise specified herein, shall entitle the Client to any refund (in whole or in part) of any applicable Fees. The Client shall remain responsible for all aforementioned charges, at then current rates, until all usernames and passwords are deactivated.

We may cancel or suspend your registered user account or Screen Name at any time, without cause and/or without notice. We may terminate and/or suspend your account or Screen Name immediately, without notice, if there has been a violation of these Terms of Service and such other policies and terms posted on the Services, or if you have failed to pay your subscription fees. Your right to use the Services will end once your Services are cancelled or terminated, and any data you have stored on such a Service may be unavailable later. If you have subscribed to any fee-based service, you remain responsible for paying any amounts owed on your account at the time your fee-based service and/or account is terminated or cancelled. If you are participating in any free promotional offer for accessing a fee-based service, you must cancel such service before the end of the free trial period to avoid incurring charges.
