RULES FOR ANSWERING QUESTIONS

1. DO NOT use promotional language in your answers. Your approved answer will be tagged with your information.  Your mini-profile that will accompany each approved answer can be found by editing your profile.  This mini-profile is where any promotional language belongs.
   
2. DO NOT plagiarize. We take random phrases from each answer and search the web for duplicates. If you copy someone else's work, we will reject the answer.
3. We only accept well formed, professional answers.  Answers with poor grammar and spelling mistakes will be discarded. We will not publish poorly presented answers.
4. Answers are ranked by a combination of our internal ranking system and votes cast by our readers. Higher ranked answers will receive more attention.  (Editorial Guidelines)

Our goal with this program is not only to answer the question but to create a valuable information source for all users, current and future. Our editors will be very strict during the answer review process.

NOTE: There is a 600 character minimum (not word) minimum for each answer.  We receive many questions and/or complaints about this requirement.  The bottom line is quality.  This is NOT A FORUM.  This is our Q&A Library and we want the best, most thourough answers possible.  We realize that many questions can be answered with one or two sentences, but this is not what we want to present our consumer audience in our Q&A Library.  We want high quality answers, with examples.  Thanks in advance for your contributions.
