Mr. Landry has been a licensed mortgage broker in MD. VA, and DC for 11 years. He has taken great pride in staying on top of the ever changing mortgage industry throughout the years. He has extensive knowledge on lending guidelines and regulations through the many investors in whom he is partnered with. Mr. Landry has always enjoyed the most in getting 1st time homebuyers into their first home as well as performing cost benefit analyses with borrowers trying to understand the benefits in refinancing.
