Watch the site for direction but float until your 45 days of less from closing. You also shouldn't have to pay for a lock 60 days and under. And as always: 1. If rates went up 1% and you hadn't locked how would you feel? 2. If rates went down 1% and you had locked how would you feel? What ever...
