  • Do we lock???

    We entered intro escrow on a house yesterday. The interest rate was 4.625%, today after the fed announcement it dropped to 4.5%. We are unsure whether to ride the wave and hope the rates continue to drop in the next few days.....or do we lock today??? Anyone have any ideas on where interest rates are...
