LMAO! Bob you are always good for a laugh at the end of a long day! Thanks for the grins...and just for the record, a Homemaker's paradise is 2 weeks at a beach front luxury resort with room service, a good looking cabana boy and a great book or two. (or so I've heard)

Does anyone know if VA has changed the policy to where the borrower can pay the underwriting fee? VA just shows that a "lender flat fee" is allowed, but it appears that if the lender calls it an "underwriting" fee it is not an allowable closing cost. We heard this had changed, but can't find it on the VA site.

Probably tasted so good because of all the vegetables he ate...

LOL, timing is everything Kent. Just got off the phone talking to Mr. Greenjeans about that very thing. I guess we're going to plant the winter greens (spinach, etc) and the 2nd season of tomatoes in the next week or so. Looking forward to some winter squash too. Possibly some peas. What will the rest of you be growin???

[Scenario] Hi, Anyone doing rate/term jumbo in AZ? Borrowers own more than 4 properties (7) and my investors are blowing it out just for that. Anyone?? Anyone??

Oh man, now I'm jealous. (did I spell that right Scott?) Really, some AWESOME produce you got there.

Don't let 'em fool ya Scott, these guys can get pretty mean, especially when talking about growin' some. They start throwing words around like "chilis, 'maters, jalapenos"... If you're not growin' some already, you may want to start. Welcome Scott.

Hi, I am unable to help one of my credit union members who needs an FHA loan, has plenty of assets, good job, but she has 608 FICO, he is in the mid 700's. I can't help because of her score. Anyone else out there able to lend in AZ who can help these folks? They relocated from Florida recently and are getting tired of the motel room.
