A quit claim deed conveys whatever title the grantor has to the grantee. You would be the grantor in this case. A property with a lien against it can be deeded to another via quit claim, but that has no bearing on the existing loan. In addition, the lender holding the lien could call the loan due if/when they get notice of the vesting transfer from the county where the quit claim is recorded.
