The Challenge:
Organize and expose our community to our vast audience of nearly 20,000 consumers each day. And at the same time, constructing the pages to take advantage of local search engine queries.

The Solution:
We created a directory of mortgage and real estate professionals that is tightly integrated into the consumer-centric areas of our website. Using geo-location technology, we are able to detect a users location and serve directory listings relevant to that user. To see an example, take a look at our mortgage rate survey page.

The directory pages are also optimized and designed to rank highly for search results in the major search engines. When a user searches ‘California Jumbo Loans’ on Google, these pages are designed to come up first for these localized search queries, increasing their exposure to an even greater audience.
