Honest answers and advice are what I strive to deliver to all my clients. While other lenders have pitched high cost loans to clients, I have often told them to sit tight and wait until I can get their target rate without paying 1000's in points. Following the mortgage backed securities market helps me predict market changes for the worse and for the better.
If you want your info unfiltered and unadulterated, we will get along great. If you want liars rates and high points, I would suggest calling the folks on the radio or in the newspaper ads. I would rather under promise and over deliver than the opposite!
