My Bio

Tim brings nearly 20 years of mortgage industry and entrepreneurial experience to the Collingwood Group. Most recently, Tim was Vice President at First American (NYSE:FAF), where he successfully lead the company’s professional services group tasked with creating business solutions for the top ten lenders in the country. Prior to that, Tim served in the senior leadership roles of Senior Director and Principal of Fannie Mae’s (NYSE:FNM) eBusiness Division. During his tenure at Fannie Mae, Tim consulted Fortune 500 executives from insurance, financial services, and banking industries on the strategic and economic opportunities and challenges associated with residential and commercial mortgage enterprises. His efforts led to an increase in loan sales to Fannie Mae in excess of $20B a year and meaningful market share recapture from its competitors. Tim is a life long mortgage industry veteran and brings with him a unique combination of corporate discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset with respect to 1) creative problem solving 2) fiscal discipline, and 3) a keen sense of urgency in execution. Prior to his experiences at First American and Fannie Mae, Tim pioneered and managed successful wholesale, and retail mortgage businesses; as well as, a B2B mortgage technology enterprise. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
