In 2009, Matt closed over 100 short sales nationwide, also in that same year Matt helped refinance over 175 clients who had little to no equity in this downward trending market. Matt's simple philosophy is to understand his client and then help them excute a plan.
Matt lives just outside Philadelphia with his wife Nicole, son Jason and their golden retreiver Molson.
