I have been a student of MBS for about a year and a half, sadly I have been in the mortgage industry for over 6 years now and could have been a much better loan officer early on if I had these tools available to me! I thoroughly enjoy the humor and the level at which the blog is written and the education has been immeasurable! Thank you for making me a better, more educated LO that now saves my clients $1,000's in interest payments by giving me the tools to maximize their loan requests to save them $!
