Ryan designs strategic mortgage options and provides clients with a side-by-side comparison illustrating the true cost of each option over time.

Ryan Shoemaker is the first mortgage consultant in a four-state area to earn the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist®.
Ryan has worked in mortgage banking since 2002. Formerly, Ryan worked as a Product Manager for TD Ameritrade, Marketing Manager for AAA Nebraska and Marketing Manager for BASF Chemical. Ryan is a cum laude graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a B.S. in Business Administration. Ryan lives in Omaha with his wife Vanessa and daughters Gabriella and Sofia.
