Since July of 2006, Steven Bote has been hard working to establish himself with American Street as a top Mortgage Planner. He has been featured in local publications such as Megascene Newspaper and Chicago Agent Magazine. His insight into the world of fixed income bonds has landed him guest-contributor spots on frequently-visited online sites such as Mortgage News Daily. In addition to having a focus in jumbo and second home financing, through his networking efforts, Steven has met and worked alongside with key Chicago Police Department and Chicago Fire Department personnel, and is considered amongst their circles as a reliable advocate for city employees in need of mortgage advice. Steven is also a resident of Wicker Park Bucktown and is active member of the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce, along with the neighboring West Town Chamber of Commerce. Through such organizations, he has brought to these communities and their members a heightened awareness of what really is occuring day to day in the world of residential financing.
