Borrowers deserve to be treated with respect. I believe in treating my clients the way I would like to be treated, and trust that they will reciprocate accordingly. Borrowers NEED to understand their loan, and the processes that go into it, and as such, I promise an open book approach. You will see what I see. My overhead is low, intentionally, and so I can keep my costs low. I have access to the best lenders out there, as well as an in-house bank, and will shop on your behalf for the the best solution to your needs. I prefer to only originate loans in Washington state, but will consider loans in other states.
