About Wade Conway I am a mortgage planner and loan officer. I am an 8 year veteran of the Mortgage Business with 3 years as a Branch Manager of a major privately held mortgage company. As a mortgage planner, I don't just quote rates and fees. I see my role a little differently than the average broker. I effectively manage my clients equity and properly structure their liabilities to increase liquidity and safety, maximize cash flow and internal rate of return while minimizing interest expenses and tax liability. We play the role similar to a CPA or Financial Planner in helping a client sort through the myriad of options to structure their debt and emerge on the other side wiser from our counsel with the best solution for their particular financial situation. The majority of our clients will find that our compensation is competitive in the short run, and in the long run, our advice pays for itself many times over. On a personal note, I have been married 10 wonderful years to my beautiful wife Stephanie and we have 5 lab mutts that we rescued that we just adore. I enjoy golf, fly fishing and bass fishing and I used to be a professional golf instructor and a college golf coach.
