Paul Martin is Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer for First Citizens Private Mortgage Group. First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc. is a privately held wealth boutique bank with roots dating back to 1913 and serves customers in South Carolina and Georgia through an extensive network of branches and ATM's. Headquartered in Columbia, S.C., First Citizens is a subsidiary of First Citizens Bancorporation, Inc., a bank holding company with more than $8 billion in assets.

He has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 21 years, and has held every functional position in a mortgage banking company. Paul was previously Vice President of Private Mortgage Services, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead, and prior to that was Managing Director at Fortius Financial & Real Estate Consulting, LLC. He is a graduate of James Madison University (B.A. in History and Political Science), and of Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business (Master of Science Real Estate - (MSRE) and Master of Business Administration (MBA)). Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Paul is Past President of the Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni Group Board of Directors. He volunteers time with his neighborhood homeowners association, and enjoys basketball, weightlifting, being involved with his children’s sports activities, reading and travel. Paul and his wife and two children reside in Sandy Springs.
