I am a lawyer, writer and producer. I went to UCLA undergrad and Cornell for my Masters and Law degrees. I worked for five years as a corporate and trial lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. After Gibson I signed a publishing deal with Grove Atlantic (Cold Mountain, Black Hawk Down). Creative endeavors aside, my practice these days involves negotiating private buy-sell transactions among high net worth individuals, private equity and institutions looking to trade distressed real estate assets and debt (bulk reo, npns, subordinate debt) away from the market. I also handle workouts and restructurings as a corollary to trading. My next book about the financial collapse is out in early '10: Screwed, Shafted, Burned, Betrayed: Scum and Villainy on Wall, Act I. My next album is Star Spangled Bangers and features tracks with Grammy winner RBX, LMNO of the Visionaries, JFK of Rhyme Sayers, Pace Wan, and other underground hip hop notables. I have two dogs: Ramses the Famous Blue Pit and a Boston called PACO.
