“Unparalleled Service - NiCole is #1 !!!!!!”
My story began in New Orleans, where life was fun and buttery... and quite normal until Katrina hit on August 29, 2005. I managed to stay in New Orleans for a full year after the storm, but was forced for economic reasons to move to Dallas during the summer of 2006. My new job had put me in the position to be able to purchase my first home ever, and I was both excited and nervous about the prospects/responsibilities of home ownership. A very close college friend also lived in The Metroplex, and since she had recently purchased HER first home, she was the perfect person to bounce questions off of, and I had MANY. Her very first suggestion was, "You HAVE to give my realtor a call. Her name is NiCole Williams, and she's GREAT !" Even as a teenager, my friend had very exacting standards, so I trusted her rave review implicitly. I contacted NiCole, and that started one of the most pleasant and fruitful relationships ever. NiCole made what seemed like an impossibly daunting process almost easy. She handled everything in an exceptionally professional manner, from Day One of house-hunting until the day I closed on my dream home. She very patiently took me to see several houses, and her expertise and eagle eye were both extremely evident, as she pointed out numerous signficant details in every house I looked at. When I found THE house, I was thrilled, but my excitement turned to nervousness as the process moved into the offer & negotiation phases. NiCole was the consummate advocate - a strong negotiator but ever-pleasant and polite. She negotiated my desired offer, and then proceeded to expertly handle the many steps between making the offer and closing on the property, including the inspections, earnest money, etc. In early June, 2007, I was terrified about buying a house, and by August that year, I was moved in and decorating the first house I'd ever owned in my life. If I hadn't been forced to move to Houston for work in 2011, I would still be in that lovely house, for sure. I am once again a renter, having been extremely disappointed by every realtor I've met thus far in Houston. NO ONE here has measured up to NiCole. I miss her every day, and I know for a fact that if she were in Houston, I would be a homeowner once again. I wholeheartedly recommend NiCole Williams to ANYONE who is looking to buy a home. She is truly top notch, and I say that without a single reservation. She is a gem.

“Thanks for exceptional service!”
My husband and I recently used the Williams Agency to purchase a home. We first began by looking at homes around the Dallas Metroplex, but ultimately ended up going with new construction. Nicole served as our agent and played a pivotal role to ensure that the building process was as smooth as possible. She did not hesitate to step in and demand that we receive all the incentives promised to us by the builder. (Note: The builder attempted to renege on a number of these negotiated incentives.) I always recommend her services to any friends, family, coworkers, etc. who are in need of an agent because she goes above and beyond for her clients. If needed in the future, I will definitely request her services again.

“Thank you for our home!”
I finally found and bought my first home this past October. I can't count how many house Nicole took us to view. I would look then got frustrated with the bidding process. Took a year off looking and then started all over again. Through it all, the patience and professionalism I recieved from Nicole was above and beyond any I've ever dealt with before. She help me find my perfect home! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to any and all that are looking to buy a house. You'll not find a more knowledgable, patient, caring, and professional realtor....ever! Thank you Nicole The Johnsons
