With over a decade of mortgage lending experience, Michael Zapkowski holds multiple state licenses through the National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS License 273099), including: California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Virginia.
Michael is also a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, MiraCosta College Real Estate Advisory Board, and the California Beach Volleyball Association. As an alumni of Lindenwood University and former NCAA collegiate athlete, Michael received his bachelor degree in marketing and has graduate studies in finance.
Outside of slinging loans, you can usually find Michael on the beaches of San Diego or hiking snow capped peaks around the globe. Michael lives an active lifestyle and enjoys dominating the Mission Beach volleyball courts (at least trying too), surfing summer swells, and pre-dawn snowboard trips for those coveted fresh tracks.
