My company will be introducing a new program to the mortgage industry in the coming months which re-defines the process of originating a mortgage. It&amp;#39;s called GreenBar, and rather than originating a loan using the typical credit based guidelines it uses a consumer centric process which guarantees that the Borrower is being put in the safest possible financial position.
