Like many people these days, the value of my home has dropped and taking advantage of lower mortgage rates wasn't easy with the reduction in equity. I did have an issue with my Insurance Premium for my rental being paid before it was actually due. I received a refund check from Met Life which was very confusing. I had them rebill me directly and have since sent the yearly premium to arrive when it is due on October 30th. I will change the billing back to Selene as soon as my premium posts. Mario is a fine young man and an outstanding representative of your company. If I need to get another mortgage or re-fi in the future I will definitely be contacting Mario.
