Matthew, I am a home owner looking to refi, I'm not in any dire circumstances, just want to get the best rate I can, I know I probably missed the lowest lows, but what do you recommend for a guy 'floating' (I guess thats the term). Do you forsee any 5% or better mtg. rates coming? App is in and everything is ready, but I wonder what I should be watching for. Been reading your site for the last few weeks, and I love it. Some of it's above my head, but I can get the gist of what you say, and can tell you guys know what you're talking about. Thoughts?
