Ms. Shaw, who has excelled for more than 30 years as a veteran mortgage broker and banker, launched her first mortgage brokerage firm in 1979, branding herself as a trusted adviser by consistently providing accurate information and honest, respectful treatment to borrowers, sellers and real estate agents alike. The referrals generated by her integrity brought her and her company safely through several changes in the economy, and by 1988 the company became a mortgage banker with approvals from Fannie Mae & Ginnie Mae as a Seller/Servicer, FHA Direct Endorsement l & VA automatic funding authority
In 2005, Ms. Shaw sold her mortgage banking firm and by fall of 2006, had fallen in love with Austin, Texas and relocated. She took a few years to discover the beauty of the land and soon learned why Texans are so proud of the wonderful State.
Pulse Funding of Texas was founded in 2008 to continue Ms. Shaw’s passion of providing knowledge through education and years of experience. She feels passionately that this will empower each Borrower to make more informed decisions on the loan that best suits their needs, and integrate the loan they select into their over-all long and short-term financial goals. She also works with Realtors to help them align their marketing as well as offering value driven presentations on the changes affecting the mortgage industry in today’s market.
