I am a 7 year mortgage industry veteran licensed in Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.
As a mortgage professional, I am genuinely interested in what’s best for my clients. The mortgage business is not all about numbers and interest rates, but so much more. A mortgage loan is likely the biggest financial commitment a borrower will ever make, and choosing the right lender is not a decision to be taken lightly. Work with the loan processor to provide any letters of explanation, or additional documentation as necessary and required by underwriting to clear all conditions and close each loan -Monitor economic news impacting interest rates and loan pricing on a daily basis, keeping loan partners and clients up-to-date -Conduct daily meetings in order to receive individual updates of file progress/advise team with alternate sales approaches -Train team members with mortgage sales tactics and standards of loan programs

Just when I was giving up on refinancing my home, I called Justin at Supreme Lending and heard the answers that I wanted and needed to hear. They could work with me and even showed me how to refinance my home for a better rate and without all the worry and fuss. Justin Dudek made himself very available to me and even put up with my multiple calls and questions about refinancing my home. “Commercial Account Manager”
I began working with Justin Dudek last year on refinancing my mortgage & home equity loan. My appraisal was too low to go forward with refinancing. Justin did not give up on me and called again last month. The market changed a bit, I did a little work on updates in my home and the second appraisal resulted in the value I needed. Justin, within weeks, was able to get the paperwork together and my loan approved. I closed yesterday. I am thankful for Justin's experience and dedication to me in getting my home refinanced.
