I am a 7 year mortgage industry veteran licensed in Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.
As a mortgage professional, I am genuinely interested in what’s best for my clients. The mortgage business is not all about numbers and interest rates, but so much more. A mortgage loan is likely the biggest financial commitment a borrower will ever make, and choosing the right lender is not a decision to be taken lightly. Work with the loan processor to provide any letters of explanation, or additional documentation as necessary and required by underwriting to clear all conditions and close each loan -Monitor economic news impacting interest rates and loan pricing on a daily basis, keeping loan partners and clients up-to-date -Conduct daily meetings in order to receive individual updates of file progress/advise team with alternate sales approaches -Train team members with mortgage sales tactics and standards of loan programs

“Thanks for your help”
At first I was reluctant to respond to a cold call for refinancing. I eventually returned the call and Justin gained my trust.. He provided his credentials up front and we got started. “Home buyer & refinanced too”
Justin did a great job in getting us the best loan rate & also the best VA benefits! He is a hard worker & we would highly recommend him. The biggest reason I went with Justin is he was honest & truthful! Strait forward & wont try to push you into a sale or loan. He actually had me wait a year to refinance, glad I did listen!!!!
