I can close Refinances in 10 days and provide a Quick "Bona Fide" Pre-Approvals for Purchases Money Mortgages with underwriting conditions for Committment. That is why I can appove loans that other lenders wont down to a 600 credit score. With my experience I have learned the appproach of listening to my customers needs and wants first, then to anticipate conditions for approval that may be stumbling blocks. I will consult with my customer and assist them planning to clear any conditions, then when I know that we can obtain a final Commitment I will give a preliminary Approval. The preliminary Approval is worth only the word of the Consultant or Loan Officer that puts his / her name to it, and my name / word is my bond. This process assures that my customers have KNOWLEDGE in what they are getting (product and pricing) and that they get what they want at the closing with NO STRESS!!!
