Kim Livingston has over 15 years of mortgage loan origination experience. Most recently she owned and operated Anchor Mortgage Company in Hohenwald since April of 1998. Prior to moving to Tennessee, Kim was in sales and marketing and owned and operated Business Administrative Services. She is a recent graduate of Leadership Lewis, is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Lewis County Industrial Development Board and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Kim is a member of Highland Baptist Church where she teaches children’s choir and is in the adult choir. She is married to Sam Livingston and they have three children.
