Kim Livingston has over 15 years of mortgage loan origination experience. Kim has recently joined Envoy Mortgage as Mortgage Loan Originator and looks forward to new opportunities to serve her mortgage clients. Kim's previous experience includes her position with F&M Mortgage, Reliant Bank and the Heritage Bank & Trust family. Prior to her position with Heritage Bank & Trust, she owned and operated Anchor Mortgage Company in Hohenwald TN, beginning in April of 1998.

Prior to moving to Tennessee, Kim was in sales and marketing and owned and operated Business Administrative Services in New Port Richey, FL. She is an alumnus of Leadership Lewis, is the Secretary/Treasurer of the City of Hohenwald Industrial Development Board and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Kim is an active member of Highland Baptist Church where she teaches Sunday school, children’s choir and sings in the adult choir. She is married to bi-vocational pastor, Sam Livingston and they have three children.
