Over his career, Brian has successfully executed over $335 million in real estate transactions, including investment sales and the placement of mortgage financing. In addition, Brian directed the successful expansion from a start-up to a 62 person team during a down-turned economy.
Brian received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Southern California (USC) and his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Chapman University’s George Argyros School of Business and Economics with cum laude honors. He holds professional affiliations with California Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. In addition, Mr. Rich possesses the GRI designation as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
