I am a seasoned Mortgage Professional with FM Lending Services, the affiliated mortgage banking company of Fonville Morisey Realty, the largest Real Estate Company in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Combined with my MBA, over 33 years of total financial services experience, 17 years of mortgage lending and 22 years of retail banking experience I am uniquely qualified to provide professional mortgage services to my clients and their frequent referrals.

Hugh was fantastic to work with! He gave us great attention and was thorough in explaining the "ins & outs" of the loan process on our current mortgage. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and made himself available to our schedule. When we considered a refinance, Hugh was the first and only person we contacted. He researched the different loans available and gave sound advice on the direction to go. We would not consider doing business with anyone else. Hugh will always be our first call when it comes to a new mortgage or refinance.

“You rock!”
Where do I start? I went to Hugh to get prequalified at the recommendation of my realtor. Hugh spent the time to write up 3 different scenarios of how I could finance my loan and what the costs would be. Once the contract was signed, I regretfully tried another mortgage broker who reportedly could get my costs lower. When I told Hugh I was talking to another broker who had lower costs, Hugh asked what he could do to keep my business and proceeded to match the "lower" costs. I was sold! I am in the mortgage business and felt like I was pretty educated on the process. Hugh however had knowledge I did not. Hugh had tremendous expertise on all the changes in quidelines and mortgage origination laws that have occurred since the mortgage market crash. Hugh also spent almost an entire day on the phone with me walking through the final closing statement the day before the closing. When I posed the tough questions, Hugh patiently walked me through the answers. In addition, he went the extra step of getting the statement revised so we could benefit from the maximum amount of buyer costs the seller had agreed to pay. Hugh has integrity and it comes through!!
