(FOCIS) :Our FOCIS Risk Review helps warehouse lenders get a complete picture of their customer and the risks inherent in their business. We look at Financial strength (F), Operations (O), Corporate governance and controls (C), Interest rate risk (I), and Systems (S). There are over 60 areas we look at, and we score each one, with a thorough narrative on each.

(MAP) :This is our Management Advisory Program that will guide you safely through the mortgage banking jungle.

You’ll send us key metrics each month. You’ll get back an analysis of these numbers plus charts showing how you compare to your peers. You’ll see how your cost-to-originate compares to other companies like yours, your loans-closed per employee, your margins, and dozens of other measurements. We also provide a set of management reports that act as an Early Warning System, and the Review shows specific ways you can increase revenues, control costs, and better manage risk.
